Our vision at Like A Girl Fitness is to cultivate a vibrant and energetic community where women embrace their bodies, break free from restriction, nourish their mind and discover freedom through sustainable health practices. We aspire to lead a movement that celebrates individuality, fosters self-acceptance, and creates a supportive space for women to evolve and thrive in all areas of their life.

Our Mission

At Like A Girl Fitness, our mission is to empower women to redefine their relationship with food and their bodies by providing lifelong knowledge and skills through sustainable training and nutrition guidance. We're committed to inspiring a positive body image, encouraging confidence, and instilling an unstoppable mindset that fosters  more flexibility and freedom in fitness and wellness. Through ongoing education, support, and a nurturing community, we aim to empower women to achieve their fitness goals while embracing balance and self-compassion on their journey toward optimal health and strength.


Meet your Coach, Kayla

With a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, I take a holistic, yet scientific approach to fitness and nutrition, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of well-being. I believe that it's important to find an approach to fitness that you enjoy, so I work with you to create a personalised plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

The influx of conflicting information in the fitness industry can be overwhelming, which is why I have created my program - to dispel the myths, create clarity and help women overcome the challenges and pain points that I have also struggled with. Having a Masters in Teaching - Secondary, I am equipped with the skills to educate you - to set you up for ongoing, sustainable results.
